Introduction:
nsSNPAnalyzer is a tool to predict whether a nonsynonymous single nucleotide polymorphism (nsSNP) has a phenotypic effect.
It also provides additional information about the SNP to facilitate the interpretation of results, e.g., structural environment and multiple sequence alignment.
nsSNPAnalyzer uses information contained in the multiple sequence alignment and information contained in the 3D structure to make predictions.
To see an example: click on "Sample Data" then go to step "4" and click on "Run".
